These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of our services, including those who wish to enroll in classes, attend events, or purchase memberships. 1. General Information

1.1. Y21 Studios offers a variety of classes, events, and memberships, which may be paid or free. By registering, booking, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Booking Policies

2.1. Registration and Booking
When registering for a class, event, or membership, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability. You must be at least 18 years old to book or attend events, classes, or become a member unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Payment
All payments for classes, events, and memberships must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments on our website via card.

2.3. Confirmation
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the class, event, or membership. Please check your email for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact our support team immediately.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

3.1. Class/Event Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your reservation for a class or event, you must do so at least 120 hours (5 days) in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.

3.2. No-Shows
Failure to attend a class or event without prior cancellation is considered a "no-show." No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for keeping track of your booking and attending the class/event.

3.3. Event or Class Cancellation by Us
In the event that we must cancel or reschedule a class or event, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date or event.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds for Classes/Events
Refunds are issued at our discretion and are only available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made by you in accordance with our cancellation policy (refer to Section 3.1).

  • We cancel or reschedule an event or class and you are unable to attend the new date.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

4.2. Refunds for Memberships
Memberships are non-refundable except in the case of extraordinary circumstances, such as illness or injury, as determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a membership refund, you must contact us at hello@y21studios.com with supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates).

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Behavior Expectations
All participants in our classes, events, and memberships are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the class or event without a refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal or physical abuse toward staff or other participants.

  • Inappropriate language, harassment, or discriminatory behavior.

  • Any form of physical violence or threatening behavior.

5.2. Alcohol, Drugs, and Intoxication
The use of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited at our premises and during any classes, events, or membership activities. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in illegal activities, you will be immediately removed from the event or class without a refund. Additionally, you will be permanently banned from attending any future events or classes hosted by us.

5.3. Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, or other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by our staff are strictly prohibited. Any such items will be confiscated, and the individual will be asked to leave immediately.

6. Safety and Health

6.1. Participant Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in any classes or events. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should consult with a doctor before participating. You must notify us of any health concerns or conditions that may affect your participation.

6.2. Liability Waiver
By attending any class or event, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk. Y21 Studios and its employees, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in any classes, events, or activities. You agree to sign any necessary waivers as a condition of participation.

6.3. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, please follow all instructions from our staff. We are committed to providing a safe environment and will have procedures in place for medical or other emergencies.

7. Membership Terms

7.1. Membership Access
Memberships grant you access to certain classes, events, and resources, as detailed on our membership page. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased them.

7.2. Membership Renewal
Memberships may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless cancelled by you before the renewal date. You will be notified of any upcoming renewals via email. To cancel your membership, please contact us hello@y21studios.com.

7.3. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership without refund if you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, including disruptive behavior, failure to adhere to our code of conduct, or engaging in prohibited activities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect personal information from you when you register for classes, events, or memberships. This information will be used solely for the purpose of managing your account and communication with you regarding our services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and will maintain the confidentiality of your data to the best of our abilities. However, we cannot guarantee complete security and are not liable for any unauthorized access to your personal data.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

9.2. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the issue cannot be resolved, any legal action must be taken in the appropriate court in Ireland.
