Kristýna Simko
Kristýna, the visionary behind Y21 Studios, grew up in a town where kids and teens had countless opportunities to explore their passions and connect with others outside of school. These experiences instilled in her a deep understanding of how vital community activities are—not just for young people but for fostering a sense of belonging across all ages.
When Kristýna moved to Enniscorthy, she noticed something missing: not only were there few options for kids and teens to engage and grow, but there was also a lack of connection among adults and between generations. Wanting to address this gap, she founded Y21 Studios to create a space where everyone—from children to seniors—could come together, share experiences, and build stronger ties within the community.
Her mission is twofold: to ensure children and teens feel excited to live here, rather than counting down the days until they can leave, and to provide opportunities for adults and different generations to bond and collaborate. Kristýna believes that a connected community is a thriving one, and she’s dedicated to making Y21 Studios a place where creativity, learning, and relationships flourish for all.
